inatec and Modirum announce co-operation
(press1: iBOT) - The Finnish company Modirum and the German based inatec GmbH shall now join forces on the German market. inatec will be the exclusive sales and distribution partner for the software packages MDpay Issuer Server, MDpay Merchant Server, as well as for MDpay Digital TV, in Germany.

The first versions of these software packages support the Visa 3-D Secure standards; future releases will support Mastercard SPA and additional international protocols.

inatec will not only take over the exclusive marketing, sales and distribution of these software products on the German market, but shall also provide customer support and integration for already existing systems. Meanwhile, Modirum will focus their efforts on the development of new products and releases.

Inatec’s CEO, Jens Fischer, comments: "We are very glad that we found such a competent partner in Modirum. Through this co-operation, inatec will be able to offer additional services not only to online-merchants and banks, but we also expect interest from other financial institutions and card processors."

The Leipzig-based company inatec will present new products and services for electronic and mobile payment at Cebit in halls 7 A14 and 18 A24.
